Sunflowers in Kindys Late Bloomers Award
Warehouse Stationary Kings Seeds LATE BLOOMERS FINAL MEASUREMENT AND PHOTOS
We hope you and your kindergarten children have enjoyed participating in the Daltons Sunflowers in Kindergartens Project 2015.

The Late Bloomers Awards are open for those kindergartens in regions that may have struggled to successfully grow sunflowers before the end of main project.

Please upload your photos and measurements below anytime from Monday December 14th 2015 until 5pm Tuesday 9th February 2016.

Here are some guidelines to ensure you have measured your plants correctly:

  • The Tallest Sunflower – entrants must provide a photo showing the entire plant from the base to the flower. Measurements are to be taken from the base of the stem to the top of the sunflower stem using the Daltons measuring tape.

  • The Sunflower with the widest head – entrants must provide a photo along with measurements taken across the head width (not including petals) using the Daltons measuring tape.

    How to enter your measurements:
    Please fill in the form below by entering your kindergarten name, final measurements and photos before 5pm Tuesday 9th February 2016. All measurements must be taken using the Daltons measuring tape provided in your starter packs along with photographs. We will announce the winner of the Late Bloomers Tallest Sunflower Award and the winner of the Late Bloomers Widest Sunflower Face on (or before) Thursday 11th February 2016.

    Use your Daltons measuring tape to measure your tallest sunflower from the base of the stem to the top of the sunflower. For the widest sunflower head measure across the head width (not including any petals).
